The Broker support team works closely with brokers to ensure the best channels of communication exist between client funds and their members. The team is focused on building a service-orientated culture and growing membership through continuous improvement in service delivery.
 
Services offered by this team include:

Training of Brokers.

Assisting brokers with presentations to attract new business as well as assisting with strategies in obtaining new business

Supplying marketing material and presentation input

Working with broker project managers to ensure a smooth transition when new business is acquired

Working with brokers in organising Health Days at companies

Providing information, training and assistance to brokers for member education at companies

Assisting brokers with query resolution

Communicating rule, contribution, benefit and other changes within the fund as well as other relevant updates to brokers on a regular basis
