Dr Matseke is the Managing Director and shareholder of Clinix (Pty) Ltd and Clinix Health Management (Pty) Ltd, a rapidly developing health services organisation, encompassing a group of fully equipped private clinics with speciality disciplines and services. He established, developed and managed a highly successful family practice in Soweto and holds office on several professional, academic, corporate, medical and sports medicine-related associations. |

Since 1989, Dr Mphafudi has had a private practice as a specialist paediatrician at Lesedi Private Hospital, where he was previously appointed chairman of the board in 1993. He is the current chairman of Sizwe's sister companies, Moriting Employee Benefits and Moriting Life. Over the past few years he has also been elected chairman of several companies including Mvelaphanda holdings (Pty) Ltd, Desta-Power Matla, Rethabile Group (which owns part of Alcatel Altech and Sun Air), National Sorghum Breweries Limited, Matla Leisure Holdings and Global Resorts SA (Pty) Ltd. |

Anna Bengani (Bcom; Diplomas in General Nursing and Midwifery, Public and Family Health Nursing and Business Management)

Ms Bengani started her career as a professional nurse in 1964, and continued in various aspects of the medical field while also serving on the committees of both Child Welfare and a cerebral palsy organisation. After obtaining her Diploma in Business Management in 1977, she shifted her focus to the business field, starting and running two successful small companies. Ms Bengani is also a director at the holding company, Kwacha, and Moriting Employee Benefits.

Mr Joe Neshehe (BSc)

Mr Neshehe has a wealth of knowledge in the healthcare industry, having held numerous positions from CEO of Kwacha Holdings (now known as Sechaba Holdings), to general manager of a private clinic and special project manager of Network Healthcare Holdings. He currently runs his own business consultancy and consults to Netcare, is a member of IGNIS Transaction Advisor Team to the Gauteng Department of Health and assists in commissioning new hospitals. Mr Neshehe was one of the founding members of Sechaba and its long-time client, Sizwe Medical Fund. |

Dr Tumi Seane (MBChB, MBA)
Chief Managed Health Care Officer |

| Dr Tumi Seane obtained his medical degree from the then University of Natal, followed by an MBA from GIBS. He has held many senior roles, from fund manager to medical advisor for various large closed and open medical schemes including Polmed, Parmed and Bonitas. In addition, Dr Seane has experience as an independent medical consultant and healthcare broker. He brings a wealth of both clinical and financial risk management, as well as corporate experience from within the medical industry, to Sechaba. He joined Sechaba Medical Solutions as Executive for Managed Care Services from 1 March 2009. |

Moerane Maimane (B Admin Hons, MBA)

Moerane Maimane has broad experience in general management, human resources, economic empowerment including procurement, finance and marketing. He has honed his skills in various sectors such as SMME development and financing, consulting, housing, information technology and telecommunications. Mr Maimane was at the forefront of establishing corporate service business divisions at NHBRC and the Road Accident Fund before joining Sechaba as COO in 2009. |

Benni Macholo

Mr Benni Macholo has a diploma in conciliation mediation and arbitration from IMMA, a certificate in management from Mancosa and is currently undertaking an MBA with the institution. Benny has a strong sales background, having started at Berg River Textiles, the SACTWU as national bargaining conveyer, followed by such blue chip companies as Sanlam, Liberty Life and Alexander Forbes. He joined Sechaba as business development executive in March 2008. |

Patient Ndlumbini

Mr Patient Ndlumbini has more than 22 years experience in the human resources field, which he gained from South Africa's leading companies like Anglo American, Rand Mines and Tongaat Hullette and the IDE. He holds an honours degree from the University of Stellenbosch and is currently doing research for a Masters degree. While his area of expertise is industrial relations, he has worked as HR generalist on senior level for the several years. |

Eric Rantsho

Mr Eric Rantsho has extensive experience in the information technology arena. He was a business information consultant at Sasol Synthetics Fuels in the information management department before joining Sechaba. Prior to joining Sasol, he was a project leader at First National Bank in the information technology division. He joined First National Bank (FNB) after graduating from the University of Cape Town in BSc Computer Science. |

He joined Sizwe in 1990 as an Assistant Accountant. He was promoted to Senior Accountant in 1991 and Financial Manager in 1994. He was previously employed by VAJ Projects (Pty) Ltd. He holds a BCom Degree in Accounting from the University of the North. |

Susan Mynhardt (BN, MBA)

| Ms Mynhard has a Bachelors Degree in Nursing from the University of Pretoria, an MBA from the University of Potchefstroom, several qualifications in business management and is currently doing research towards her PhD in strategic management at the Wits Business School. She has been in medical aid administration and managed care for more than 20 years and has occupied senior positions, including directorships in two of the big administrators. She has served on various CMS committees, including REF and RETAG, as well as various BHF committees. |

She obtained her BCom degree from UNISA in 1982, and her MBL in 2008. She has 10 years auditing and accounting experience with Moores Rowland Chartered Accountants and joined Sizwe in 1996 as a Financial Manager. She was promoted to branch manager in 1998 to oversee the Port Elizabeth and Cape Town branches. She has headed up the Customer Relationship Management division nationally since mid 2009. |

Mr Mdlalose joined the company in 2003, during which time he was moved to the Witbank office as the office supervisor. From 2005 he headed the branch as Office Manager responsible for management and co-ordination of the Mpumalanga region. In 2008, he moved back to Johannesburg where he holds his current position. |
