Customer Services Management
We have a centralised call centre that responds to a variety of member, provider and broker queries. We also provide support at Walk in centres located in Johannesburg, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Cape Town, Witbank, Welkom and most recently Polokwane.
Client Services and Broker Management
Sechaba is unique in bringing care to the workplace that is – with a team of dedicated Client Liaison officers that are service members at the major employer groups.
We provide a dedicated line to our brokers in order for them to achieve the levels of service that meets our members’ expectations.
We provide secretarial and financial services to the scheme with strict adherence to the CMS regulations and international auditing standards.
